Similar to naan bread, but leavened with yeast rather than yoghurt. Use a cast iron griddle pan, prederably with ridges, to cook this.
1. Make bread dough (strong white bread flour, tsp yeast, tsp sugar, 1/2tsp salt, tbsp sunflower oil)
2. Leave to rise in a bowl in a warm place
3. Knock back, separate into portions and roll out into flat circles. Leave in a warm place to prove (you may want to layer them on top of eachother seperated by sheets of baking paper. flour them to prevent sticking)
4. Heat ridged cast iron griddle pan
5. Cook bread on pan
6. Serve with lentil curry
