Marks & Spencer

This isn’t just food, it’s expensive food

marks and spencer (not birmingham)

(Note that the above picture is not of the M&S in Birmingham)

If you’re in a hurry and you don’t mind paying a relatively large amount of money for a relatively small amount of (refridgerated) food, you can’t go wrong with the chilled salads section of M&S. They do a few salads which involve beans, chick peas, cous cous, roasted mediterranean vegetables and orzo pasta. I can’t remember the exact details but they were tasty and vegan. And at the time they were 2 for £3 – so not that expensive. What more do you need to know? Oh yes – there’s one on Colmore Row, one on High Street and one in New Street station. Colmore Row’s isn’t open on Sunday.
